主要职责：
The position is based in Changshu R&D Center, need join processing trial and testing activities in lab as well as scale up trial in manufacturing workshop from time to time, depends on needs.
Responsible for developing innovative new product for product line to meet specific performance and application requirements.
1.Safety:
• Identify, evaluate, control and reduce the potential risks that we are facing in our daily work.
• Participate to the group's effort to continue our 0 accident policy : report risk behavior, implement new controls, new ideas etc.
2.Research - New Product Development for Business Unit:
• Manage and coordinate internal requests with process and analysis teams.
• Lead NPD project, manage and coordinate the development of new products by following the Stage Gate Process practices and by working closely with all team members from Business, Product Stewardship, Manufacturing, HES, IP teams etc.
• Report projects progress regularly via presentations, reports during meetings or discussions with research, business teams and management.
• Knowledge capitalization.
• Research on new technology, new additives, fillers, new raw materials etc.
• Participate to global R&D activities.
3.Innovation:
• Create new Idea Proposal.
• Create new Invention Record.
• Participate to the global patent portfolio management of the BU by monitoring the competitors patents and by applying patents.
岗位要求：
1.Knowledge:
• Minimum MS with a technical background in Polymer.
• Knowledge on polymer chemical, physical and processing.
• Knowledge on Intellectual Properties topics and challenges.
2.Skills:
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Familiar with Office package.
• Good at data analysis skills.
• Fluent in English (oral/written).
3.Experience:
• At least 3 years Working experience in polymer R&D.
4.Abilities:
• Excellent communication.
• Customer oriented and rigorous.
• Flexible, straight forward, and independent.
• Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
