主要责任：
1.Follow safety rules and participate in the safety risk analysis.
2.Responsible for maintenance work to ensure production daily running.
3.Continuous improvement on safety, productivity and PIP.
岗位职责：
1.Strictly comply with all rules and regulations of the company, keep plants running with high reliability and good availability.
2.Equipment maintenance management and implementation, including but not limit to: procedure establishing, PM plan, quality and HSE requirement compliance, routine monitoring, troubleshooting, problem solve and prevention, to ensure its compliance with IATF and HSE requirement.
3.Supervise the execution of daily maintenance of equipment, carry out routine equipment repairs, and maintain the stable operation of factory equipment. provide technical support and training to team members.
4.Regularly identifying and discussing safety hazards in plant facilities and formulating appropriate corrective measures to minimize the occurrence of workplace accidents.
5.Set the preventive / predictive maintenance scheduling, formulate plans for equipment upgrading, major repairs and maintenance, and procurement of spare parts.
6.Responsible for developing and updating standard documents for equipment operation, maintenance, and upkeep, and inspecting their implementation.
7.Involve in TPM, reduce equipment breakdown loss. Investigating and analyzing the root cause of any breakdown of the plant, and follow the action plan implementation.
8.Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, electric power, water and compressed air for operations.
9.Responsible for the inspection and calibration for special equipment, environmental protection facilities and key gauges to ensure that the equipment is functioning properly, and wastewater and waste emissions are discharged according to standards.
10.Coordinates activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to improve productivity and reduce quality risk.
11.Emergency maintenance work as necessary, to ensure stable running of production lines.
12.Manage the equipment resumes, instructions and related documentation.
13.Tasks assigned by her/his supervisor.
岗位要求：
1.College education or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, mechatronics integration, automation control, or related fields.
2.More than 5 years of manufacturing and equipment maintenance experience.
3.Familiar with equipment maintenance requirements and processes; Familiar with the structure and working principle of various power machinery equipment, as well as the electrical control system of the equipment.
4.Strong mechanical equipment problem analysis ability, equipment maintenance skills, and hands-on ability.
5.Good English reading skill, good spoken English an advantage.
