岗位目的：
1.To implement financial discipline through Kingdee ERP implementation (To work with departments to train them in Kingdee ERP) .
2.To implement Controls as per *** policies.
3.To implement IT policies (to coordinate with Global IT team, Kingdee organization and IT vendor).
主要职责：
1.Maintain standard cost for all materials.
2.Maintain master data (Finance view).
3.Ensure Authorisation matrix in ERP is rightly followed as per delegation of authority.
4.Regularly track material consumption (direct material & key indirect materials) and make variance analysis.
5.Be responsible for material monthly physical count, weekly cycle count.
6.Be responsible for costing/inventory related calculation and analysis, financial reports preparation and analysis.
7.Fixed assets management: assets related work in ERP, physical assets tracking, yearly physical count.
8.Assist manager in budget preparation, monthly variance (Actual Vs. Budget) analysis and action follow-up.
9.Assist manager in process optimization and system based control.
10.Assist manager in ERP implementation and Finance related training.
11.Involve in digitalisation or automation processes for the Company.
12.Other flexible tasks assigned within Finance and IT.
岗位要求：
1.College or above degree of accounting, tax, Finance, etc.
2.Minimum 3 years in accounting, tax, Finance or equivalent.
3.Experience of costing or GL preferred.
4.ERP experience (prefer Kingdee) in manufacturing environment.
5.Excellent MS-office skills especially Excel.
6.Strong ability for financial risks identification, prevention and control.
7.Good Spoken & written English.
8.Good knowledge/sense of processes management.
9.Strong planning and execution capability.
10.Result Orientation.
11.Problem Solving.
12.Customer Orientation.
