岗位职责

1.Responsible for performing assigned role in a safe manner and complying with corporate and local all safety policies

2.Responsible for growing PSA T&L business in China by identification of new business opportunities, and maintain the existing business; 

3.Achieve sales target by managing sales, margin, AR, new business development etc;

4.Develop business plan & execute strategy to grow the business with one PSA technology. 

5.Build up network and customer intimacy throughout the value chain in order to identify new opportunities at an early stage and engage resources accordingly to support them.

6.Build strong partnership with key strategic accounts for long term business;

7.Develop and manage the distribution channel to grow the business.


主要活动

1.Ensure regular interactions and good relationship management with customers, call planning and preparation, prospecting for new sales;

2.Proactively maintain existing business and drive further growth opportunities;

3.Identify, prioritize and manage key opportunities for short term and long term sales target;

4.Ability to propose development strategies and tactics (including potential partners and channels to market)

5.Capturing accurate and complete information for CRM reporting – Salesforce.com; regular report (weekly report and monthly report).


岗位要求

Education: BS degree, major in Chemicals or related is preferred;

Experience: 3~6 years sales experiences in specialty chemicals industries, particular label/tape and special film application experience is preferred;

Skills : Language skills: Conversational in English; Good interpersonal and communication skills; High sense of responsibility; Excellent selling skill. Strong influence power;Self motivation; Good learning capability.

Others:  Significant travel to customers (over 60%) required.
