岗位摘要：
Responsible for analyzing failed parts returned by customers, upgrading client product software and troubleshooting, and providing on-site information collection and confirmation for the host factory's loading situation during the sample/mass production stage if necessary. To analysis and follow-up of quality issues related to software flashing on CMI production lines as well.
主要负责客户退回的失效件拆解分析，客户端产品软件升级以及CMI产线上相关软件刷写相关的质量问题的分析与跟进。
主要职责：
1.Tear down & analysis of customer returned failure parts:
客户退回失效件拆解&分析：
-Use appropriate technology and tools to tear down and analyze the failure parts returned by customers. To ensure the timeliness of customer tear down of returned parts.
- 使用适当的技术与工具，对客户退回的失效件进行拆解&分析, 保证客退零件的拆解的时效性。
-Determine the scope of failure and provide a basis for improvement.
- 确定失效范围，为CQE改进提供依据。
2.Third party FAE communication （In case software relevant issue）
第三方FAE沟通&信息收集（软件相关的问题）：
- Maintain close communication with third-party FAEs to ensure that they comply with CMI requirements and provide timely support for on-site problem confirmation and information feedback from the OEM factory.
- 与第三方FAE保持密切沟通，确保FAE按照CMI要求，及时支持主机厂现场问题确认与信息反馈。
-In case software relevant issue, collaborate with CQE engineers to arrange the return of non-conforming or suspected products to ensure the timeliness of customer returned parts.
- 如遇软件相关的问题，需要配合CQE工程师安排不合格品或疑似品的退件，保证客退零件的退回的时效性。
3.On site support for the OEM plant/field:
客户端现场软件升级支持：
-If needed, to support software upgrade at OEM factory or arrange suspected parts back to CMI for further investigation.
- 如需要时，支持售后件以及OEM客户工厂端的软件升级，或安排疑似不良件退回CMI做进一步调查。
4.To support on the analysis and follow-up of quality issues related to software flashing on CMI production lines as well.
CMI产线上相关软件刷写相关的质量问题的分析与跟进.
5.The tasks assigned by Supervisor.
上级指定的其他任务
6.Support business trips as required.
根据需要支持出差。
岗位要求：
1.College in Computer , Electronics or software relevant major is preferred.
计算机,电子或软件的相关专业, 大专及以上学历优先
2. 1+ year experience in automotive industry, having experience in after-sales flashing or software quality engineering is preferred.
1年以上汽车行业相关经验, 或有售后刷件工作经验，或软件质量工程师相关经验优先
3.Having specific experience with electronic assembly products and process in Automotive industry, Capable of dismantling products, completing dismantling reports, and understanding drawings.
有一定的汽车行业装配相关的工作经验，能动手拆解产品，填写拆解报告，能看懂图纸佳
4.Having strong ability in communication and coordination,
具备良好的沟通和协调能力
5.Able to travel and work overtime
