主要职责：
Follow the standards and quidelines of PTCN inc. LoA. Adherence to quality standardsand internal as well as external audit requirements.
Creating project, entering the key data into ProBid;
Quality Checks of LoA documents;
Registering and organizing the Pre-LoA, PTCN LoA and GBU LoA Meetings,
Keeping Notes (Minutes ofMeeting) in the LoA Meetings.Filing the LoA documents in ProFlow electronically, and updating the project lists after LoA meeting for Compliance Audit and Sales.
Guidance on PTCN LoA process and LoA documents.
LoA process and questionnaire training.
Complete othertasks assiqned by Superisor.
