主要职责：
1.Coordinate the current ATO for shifts arrangements to support plant operation.
2.Provides expert advice and guidance to shift leaders/operators on running of the plant, the optimization of process/plant conditions and the resolution of operational problems.
3.Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operation conditions, implementation the improvement actions, which will improve efficiencies/quality.
4.Troubleshoots/analyses operation problems and advises on their resolution.
5.Holds regular discussion with operators (and/or supervisors) to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.
6.Receives and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and works with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.
7.Provides technical/operational advice to project teams.
8.Lead opex implementation in production team.
9.Responsibility for the MES functional.
10.May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.
11.May train and coach junior operators.
12.Follow local laws and regulations.
13.Follow Site EHS Goals.
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor or above education level, major in chemical engineering or related.
2.More than 10 years experience in chemical plant as shift leader with rich operation experience.
3.Strong communication and coordination skill.
4.Basic English communicatIon is needed. Be able to read and understand English specifications.
