主要职责：
1.Work closely with Industrial Engineering, process experts, quality control and production operation.
2.Monitor, verify and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials), drawings, routings, and others.
3.Provide timely solution/root cause analysis of manufacturing process problems (tooling, equipment, program, etc.) to maintain smooth flow of production.
4.Manage (define, verify and implement) subassembly / system assembling and testing procedures in manufacturing.
5.Analysis of existing production quality problems and take immediate corrective and preventive action/solution.
6.Customer complaint investigation, responsible for product quality improvement and improving external quality performance.
7.Lead continuous improvement activities, 5S and other corporate requirements (as required from time to time) among production team to drive productivity increasing and product cost reduction.
8.Assist management in development of operating plan, capacity plan, resources and other corporate plan requirements.
9.Write work instructions and updates if necessary.
10.Provide training for production line staffs.
岗位要求：
1.BS in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechanical-Electric Engineering, 5 years of related experience
2.General understanding of production/manufacturing flow for damper, actuators, pumps, electrical motors systems, and subsystems
3.Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio), AutoCAD
4.Ability to work independently and be effective in a fast-paced environment.
5.Communicate effectively both orally and in writing (Chinese and English).
6.Solid skills in problem-solving and statistics
7.Ability to understand, analysis, and resolve complex technical problems.
8.Strong team player and willing to work collaboratively across the organization.
