1.Provide qualified design service and process knowledge for all responsible capital projects, develop and manage capital budgets effectively.  

2.Ensure addressed a timely process and design delivery with capital Projects.

3.Understands site systems in the plant to ensure related project design in accordance with group directive or procedures.

4.Understands well related national regulations and ensure compliance of each project.

5.Involve helping to check that permit compliance data and new permit applications are reviewed and are consistent with best engineering practices.

Main responsibilities：

Safety Goal: 

1.Is involved in safety improvement, will be in charge of incident analyses and will be aware of process hazard analyses for related projects.

2.Involved to implement and share tools from AIMS, essentials or other company standards.

3.Ensure that timely response of technical review is completed for incident investigations and action items developed and implemented.

4.Involved to help to implement Impact as user. Key member of project PHA team.  

5.Support Plant initiatives for Process Technology Projects. 

Job Responsibilities:

1.Leading collaboration internally with technical teams, project managers, and purchasing team for related project design activities.

2.Response for plant project design management procedures and good practice sharing.

3.Coordination with related design institute, successfully deliver design on budget, on schedule, compliant with program standards.

4.Lead, review and manage third party Interior Design Consultants through Schematics, Design Development and Installation.

5.Lead some specific capex project implementation accordingly to supervisor arrangement.

6.Presents the design to stakeholders during early project phases. Develops building design in accordance with cost parameters.

7.Prepares, reviews, and processes shop drawings, and maintains as built drawings.

8.Assist with final deliverables, ensuring the quality of the final output and seek feedback post initiative.

9.Develops training material and builds 2D and 3D design capability within the organization.

10.Ensuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality, and are easy to decipher

11.Working with team to ensure that their expectations are met.

12.Ensuring designs are available to those who need them, at the appropriate time.

13.Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process.

14.Keeping up to date with changing legislation and codes of practice relating to design

15.Process simulation with Aspen plus software (mass balance, heat balance etc.)

16.PID update. 

17.HAZOP analysis.

18.MOC program (risk analysis prior to any change).

19.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / experience required：

Education & Knowledge:Master degree, major in chemical processing, chemical engineering, or similar background.

Skills & Experience: 

1.More than 5 years’ experience in Production (continuous process if possible) and process experience is a must.

2.Presentation and communication skills are necessary to convey interpretations of process data to convince and control that plant standards are understood and applied

3.Familiar to use Aspen plus and CAD software is a plus. 

4.Experienced with design institute process design background.

5.Experience in HESQ regulations and & ability to wear PPE, familiar with HAZOP analysis tool.

6.Experience in MOC good practice and Projects management implementation.

3.Able to listen and communicate at all plant levels.
