2024北京接诉即办改革论坛将于12月18日召开。面对城市治理难题,北京市于2019年推出“接诉即办”工作机制,设立了12345市民服务热线,全天候快速响应居民对城市生活和企业服务的各类诉求。随后,全国各地区的政务服务热线都统一为12345,形成便民“总客服”。The 2024 Beijing Forum on Swift Response to Public Complaints will kick off on December 18. In response to urban governance challenges, Beijing introduced an innovative mechanism in 2019 to address public complaints by launching a 24/7 public service hotline. The 12345 hotline has since become a major channel for citizens to voice their concerns. All government service hotlines across China were later merged with the 12345 hotline.
