澳门回归祖国25周年是具有重大历史意义的里程碑。25年来，澳门在中央的大力支持及“一国两制”政策的指引下，实现了从经济到社会各领域的跨越式发展，充分证明了“一国两制”政策的正确性及可实践性。澳门也成为了“一国两制”的示范窗口，向世界展现了制度的优越性。The 25th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland is a significant milestone in its history. Over the past quarter of a century, with the unwavering support of the central government and the visionary "One Country, Two Systems" policy, Macao has made remarkable progress in all economic and social fields, bearing compelling witness to the soundness and viability of the policy. Today, Macao has become a shining example of the "One Country, Two Systems" policy, demonstrating the excellence of its practice to the world.回归以来，澳门整体经济实力实现了显著提升。根据统计资料，2024年9月，澳门财政储备约6170亿澳门元，较2019年同期增加了435亿澳门元，这一增长不仅体现了澳门经济的稳健性，也展示了其财政的充裕性。过去几年，澳门经济受到新冠肺炎疫情影响较大，但在中央的支持下，澳门经济逐渐走出阴霾，呈现稳步回升的态势，2024前三季度的本地生产总值为3010亿澳门元，按年实质增长11.5%，整体经济规模已恢复到2019年同期的86.3%。Since its return to the motherland, Macao has achieved significant economic growth. Reflecting the robustness of Macao's economy and its fiscal strength, the SAR's fiscal reserves stood at around 617 billion Macao patacas (MOP) (around $77.22 billion) as of September 2024, an increase of 43.5 billion MOP compared with the same period in 2019. Although Macao's economy faced challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, it has since steadily recovered with strong support from the central government. In the first three quarters of 2024, Macao's GDP reached MOP 301 billion, registering a real growth of 11.5 percent year-on-year. The overall economic scale has recovered to 86.3 percent of the level seen in the same period of 2019.此外，澳门特区政府亦积极推动经济适度多元发展，2023年发布了澳门首个全面系统的经济适度多元发展规划。该规划明确了“1+4”经济适度多元发展策略，即以综合旅游休闲业为主导，同时推动中医药大健康、现代金融、高新技术、会展商贸及文化体育等重点产业发展。The Macao SAR has also actively promoted appropriate economic diversification. In 2023, the region launched its first comprehensive and systematic plan to this end, which outlined the "1+4" economic diversification strategy, focusing on tourism and leisure as the leading industry, while promoting key sectors such as Traditional Chinese Medicine and the "big health" industry, modern finance services, new and high technology, as well as conventions, exhibitions, and culture and sports.在该发展规划的加快推进下，各相关行业都有了较大的发展。例如，在商务旅游及会展业方面，澳门在2023年和2024年连续被“TTG Travel Awards”（亚太区最具公信力及权威的旅游及会展奖项之一）评选为“最佳亚洲会议城市”以及“最佳会议商务城市”，体现了澳门提供的优质旅游服务获得了国际的认可。Since then, Macao has accelerated the implementation of the plan, achieving significant progress in all these industries. For example, Macao has been named both "Best Convention City (Asia)" and "Best BT-MICE City" consecutively in 2023 and 2024 by the TTG Travel Awards, one of the most credible and authoritative awards in the Asia-Pacific tourism and convention industry. These achievements underscore the international recognition of Macao's high-quality tourism services.一直以来，澳门立足“一中心、一平台、一基地”定位，即世界旅游休闲中心、中国与葡语国家商贸合作服务平台及以中华文化为主流、多元文化共存的交流合作基地。2003年，“中国—葡语国家经贸合作论坛”在澳门成立，已连续举办六届部长级会议并签署《经贸合作行动纲领》，澳门作为中国与葡语国家交流的桥梁，发挥了对葡语国家“超级联络人”的重要作用。此外，澳门还在“一带一路”倡议中扮演着重要角色，持续促进与“一带一路”合作伙伴的经济合作和文化交流。Macao has long positioned itself as "one center, one platform and one base," namely a world center for tourism and leisure, a commercial and trade cooperation service platform between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, and a base for cultural exchange and cooperation where Chinese culture is the mainstream and diverse cultures coexist.Since its establishment in 2003, the Forum for Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) has witnessed six ministerial conferences, culminating in the signing of the Strategic Plan for Economic and Trade Cooperation (2024-2027). As a bridge between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, Macao has served as a key facilitator in promoting deeper cooperation and exchanges. In addition, Macao also plays an important role in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), continuously promoting economic cooperation and cultural exchanges with BRI partner countries.澳门自古便是中西文化交汇之地，而今作为“以中华文化为主流、多元文化共存的交流合作基地”，澳门荣膺2025年“东亚文化之都”的称号，彰显了澳门在中国对外文化交流合作中的重要作用。Macao has long been a place where Eastern and Western cultures intersect. Today, as a "base for exchange and cooperation where Chinese culture is the mainstream and diverse cultures coexist," Macao has been honored as the "Cultural City of East Asia 2025," underlining its pivotal role in China's cultural exchange and cooperation with the world.在保护传统文化方面，澳门目前已有11项非物质文化遗产被列入国家非物质文化遗产名录，包括粤剧、凉茶配制、鱼行醉龙节等，充分体现了澳门对中华传统文化的坚持与传承，以及对外来文化的兼容并包，海纳百川。Macao values preserving traditional culture. The SAR now has 11 items inscribed on the lists of state-level intangible cultural heritage, including Cantonese opera, Herbal Tea Brewing and the Drunken Dragon Festival. Among these initiatives, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) stands out as a key strategy to promote regional economic integration. As one of the core cities of the GBA, Macao's active participation will enable it to better align with national development priorities and benefit from the economic and social opportunities offered by this dynamic region.此外，横琴粤澳深度合作区也是国家为澳门产业多元发展创造条件的重要平台，其战略定位包括促进澳门经济适度多元发展的新平台、便利澳门居民生活就业的新空间、丰富“一国两制”实践的新示范、推动粤港澳大湾区建设的新高地。目前，横琴深合区的各项发展正在稳步推进中。In addition, the central government has also established Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin as an important platform to diversify the development of Macao's industries. Its strategic positioning has four main objectives: to provide a new platform for Macao's appropriate economic diversification; to facilitate the employment and daily life of Macao residents; to pioneer and advance the practice of the "One Country, Two Systems" policy; and to set a new benchmark for the GBA development. The projects in the In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin are progressing steadily, creating favorable conditions for Macao to achieve sustainable and diversified growth.澳门回归祖国25年来，在“一国两制”政策的指引下，经济和社会文化等领域实现了跨越式发展，取得了令人瞩目的成就。中央港澳工作办公室主任、国务院港澳事务办公室主任夏宝龙今年访问澳门期间强调，澳门站在了新发展起点上，要更好发挥澳门独特的地位和优势，推动经济社会高质量发展，把澳门国际大都市“金名片”擦得更亮，推动澳门在强国建设、民族复兴中更好发挥作用。Over the past 25 years since Macao's return, the SAR has made remarkable progress in the economic, social and cultural fields under the guidance of the "One Country, Two Systems" policy. During his visit to Macao earlier this year, Xia Baolong, director of the Hong Kong and Macao Work Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, underscored that standing at the starting point of new development, Macao people should leverage Macao's unique positioning and advantages, promote quality social and economic development, join forces to polish Macao's golden business card as an international metropolis, and leverage Macao's functions in supporting the country's high-quality development and national rejuvenation.澳门这25年的发展历程是“一国两制”成功实践的生动例证。面向未来，澳门将继续发挥“一国两制”的优势，与祖国内地同发展、共繁荣，开创更加美好的明天。Macao's development over the past 25 years is a testimony to the success of the "One Country, Two Systems" policy.
