想要成为牙医，简单来说分为三步：
Becoming a dentist, simply put, can be broken down into three steps:
1.
完成牙科外科学士学位(Bachelor of Dental Surgery)或牙科科学学士学位(Bachelor of Dental Science)(或等同学历)。另外，对于具有相关领域学位的学生，可以申请研究生资格，例如牙医MD学位(Doctor of Dental Medicine)。
Complete a Bachelor of Dental Surgery or Bachelor of Dental Science (or equivalent). Alternately, for students with previous tertiary qualifications in a related field, apply for a postgraduate qualification, such as the Doctor of Dental Medicine.
2.
毕业生需要在完成学位后向澳大利亚卫生执业者监管机构（AHPRA）和澳大利亚牙科委员会注册。
Graduates are required to register with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Dental Board of Australia on the completion of the degree.

每年更新注册信息，并在三年周期内完成至少60小时的持续专业发展活动。这些活动可能包括参加有关口腔健康护理科学、临床或技术方面的会议，进行心肺复苏培训，或阅读相关学术文献等。
Renew your registration annually and complete a minimum of 60 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities over a three-year cycle. These activities may include attending or presenting at conferences about scientific, clinical or technical aspects of oral health care, undertaking cardiopulmonary resuscitation training or reading relevant academic literature.

入学要求
要求至少高中学习两门科学：化学、中数、高数、物理中任意一门，以及生物、地质学、化学、物理中任意一门。
Two Science subjects: one chosen from Chemistry, Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Physics; and one chosen from Biology, Geology, Chemistry, Physics;

The Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree has 38 domestic places for our annual intake.
学生需要在SATAC上进行申请（对标维州的VTAC），志愿填报截止日期为2024年9月30日。10月24日约有300人收到面试邀约，面试将于11月末进行，形式为线上MMI (Multiple Mini Interview)。
Students need to apply through SATAC (comparable to VTAC in Victoria), with the application deadline being September 30, 2024. Approximately 300 people will receive interview invitations on October 24, with interviews scheduled to take place at the end of November. The format will be an online MMI (Multiple Mini Interview).

The University of Queensland - Bachelor of Dental Science (Honour)
入学要求
必修英语、化学，推荐选修生物。
ATAR要求至少99分。
需要提供UCAT成绩。
Queensland Year 12 (or equivalent) General English subject (Units 3 & 4, C); Chemistry (Units 3 & 4, C) (Biology also recommended), with a minimum ATAR of 99.0 (or equivalent) and UCAT (from the year you apply).
