2024年10月26日，我们的学生代表委员会 (Student Representative Committee, SRC)正式成立！Level 9至VCE prep年级学生共12人成为首届SRC中的一员。我们希望Qs学生能够通过这个平台积极发声，参与校园事务，一起创造一个更具智慧、更温暖包容的学习环境。
On October 26, 2024, our Student Representative Committee (SRC) was officially established! Nine students from Level 9 to VCE Prep have become the inaugural members of the SRC. Through this platform, we hope Qs students can actively share their voices, participate in school affairs, and work together to create a more thoughtful, warm, and inclusive learning environment!
SRC成员由各班老师推荐选出，他们不仅成绩优异，还擅长沟通、积极参与班级讨论，展现出色领导力潜能！他们会定期收集同学的意见和反馈，向中学部管理层传达学生的需求，帮助大家解决日常问题。我们希望这种双向沟通更够让Qs为大家提供的服务更贴近学生真实需求，增强同学们的归属感。
SRC members are nominated by their class teachers for their academic excellence, strong communication skills, active participation in class discussions, and outstanding leadership potential! They will regularly gather feedback and ideas from their peers, conveying student needs to the middle school administration and helping to address everyday issues. We hope this two-way communication will allow Qs to provide services that more closely align with students' real needs, fostering a greater sense of belonging among everyone.
未来，SRC还将负责组织各种学生活动，不论是策划、宣传，还是现场支持，成员们都将积极参与其中，让大家在Qs School的学习、社交体验更丰富有趣！这样，SRC成员不仅可以为同学们发声，还能在实践中提升沟通、组织和领导能力，为未来的学习和生活积累宝贵经验。
In the future, the SRC will also take on organizing various student activities. From planning and promotion to on-site support, members will be actively involved, making learning and social experiences at Qs School more enriching and enjoyable for everyone! In this way, SRC members can not only voice their peers’ perspectives but also enhance their communication, organization, and leadership skills through hands-on experience, building valuable foundations for their future studies and lives.
在SRC成立仪式上，我们为每位成员颁发了证书，并准备了小礼品，感谢他们的付出。SRC将为学生和Qs School之间搭建沟通的桥梁，努力推动Qs School的持续改进和成长。一起加油吧!
We presented each member with a certificate and a small gift as a token of appreciation for their efforts. The SRC will serve as a bridge of communication between students and Qs School, striving to support continuous improvement and growth at Qs School!
