Mr.Cao was appointed Director of China Telecom (Europe) Limited (CTE) in January 2013. He is responsible for driving the growth of China Telecom’s business operations in Europe and reinforcing CTE’s position as the leading integrated communication service provider linking Europe and Asia.

Mr.Cao has almost 20 years of in-depth knowledge and experience of the telecom industry, on both fixed and mobile market segments. He has held a broad range of roles in areas including marketing, sales, product development, operations, maintenance and service management

Richard Zhang is a trailblazer in the global real estate industry, known for his visionary leadership in Chinese outbound investment. As one of the first self-funded international students from China, Richard ventured to the UK, where he launched his entrepreneurial journey at a young age. In 2007, he joined CBRE, the world’s largest real estate services and investment firm, marking the beginning of a distinguished career that would redefine the landscape of Chinese investment in the UK/EMEA.

Over the past decade, Richard has spearheaded an extraordinary volume of real estate transactions, amounting to approximately £34 billion in Chinese capital. Under his leadership, CBRE has secured an impressive 90% market share of Chinese direct real estate investment in the UK, establishing itself as the undisputed market leader. Aptly described as “The Bridge of China-Britain Real Estate Industry” by the Times and the BBC, Richard continues to be a pivotal figure in fostering cross-border investment and strengthening ties between China and the UK.

史蒂夫·林奇最近因其对英国驻华商业社区的贡献，在2024年国王的新年荣誉名单中被授予大英帝国员佐勋章（MBE）。史蒂夫曾担任中国英国商会的常务董事。在北京生活了12年后，史蒂夫已经返回英国。他是一位战略性领导者，拥有丰富的国际关系、公共政策和政府事务战略经验。史蒂夫拥有华威商学院的商业战略硕士学位。

Steven was recently awarded an MBE for services to the British Business Community in China in His Majesty the King's 2024 New Year Honours List. Steven is the former Managing Director of the British Chamber of Commerce in China. Steven has returned to the UK after 12 years in Beijing, China. He is a strategic leader with extensive experience in international relations, public policy and government affairs strategies. Steven has an MSc in Business strategy from Warwick Business School.
