We are representing a prestigious and well-established Restaurant group known for its portfolio of Michelin-starred restaurants. The group is seeking a highly skilled **F&B Director** with a strong Western cuisine background and experience in Michelin-starred establishments.
The ideal candidate will lead the operational teams, driving excellence in food quality, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Oversee and manage the culinary operations of multiple restaurants within the group, ensuring consistent operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Develop and curate innovative menus, focusing on Western cuisine, while keeping up with global culinary trends and guest preferences.
Build and foster relationships with premium suppliers to secure top-quality ingredients at the best possible prices.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, maintaining the highest levels of food quality.
Lead, mentor, and engage the culinary and service teams to create a dynamic and motivated work environment.
Implement cost-control measures to improve profitability, minimize waste, and promote the use of sustainable ingredients.
Enhance the guest dining experience, delivering Michelin-star-level service and attention to detail.
**Requirements:**
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Strong background in Western cuisine with a passion for innovation and high standards of culinary excellence.
Proven ability to manage large culinary teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong business acumen with experience in managing budgets, costs, and supplier relationships.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-demand environments.
Experience in fostering team collaboration, promoting staff development, and driving employee engagement.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not essential.
