Our client is a well-known global hospitality group preparing to enter the China market, where they currently have no existing hotels.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR to join a . This can be a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to be a key player in managing the full recruitment and onboarding processes, staff engagement activities, and employee administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and be familiar with the hospitality industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Manage all recruitment and onboarding processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate offers, and collecting necessary employment documentation.
Prepare and arrange all necessary items for new hires, such as employee nametags, business cards, email addresses, PMS ID requests, and PCs.
Prepare employment contracts and monitor probation periods, ensuring timely confirmations.
Organize and conduct new hire orientations to facilitate smooth integration into the company.
Assist with planning staff engagement activities and analyzing employee surveys to enhance workplace culture.
Support the administration of staff training, especially in compliance with legally required training programs.
Coordinate pre-employment medical check-ups for new hires and arrange annual medical examinations for existing employees as per legal requirements.
Administer employee attendance records, work schedules, and monthly allowance requests on a regular basis.
Assist in applying for government subsidy programs related to employees when applicable.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in HR operations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
