Responsibilities:
Oversee the culinary operations, including management of approximately 10 F&B outlets and large-scale banquet services.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with luxury hotel brands.
Proven track record in managing large-scale operations with a focus on high-quality standards.
Exceptional communication and people management skills.
Strong experience in the Middle Eastern market.
