Our client, a luxury international hotel chain is currently looking for F&B Director- China. This role will be based in Shanghai.
Product Development:
Identify emerging trends in the F&B and hospitality industry and adapt offerings accordingly.
Create unique concepts and experiences to differentiate the brand in China.
Conduct regular on-site quality audits for senior management.
Collaborate with the VP of F&B and Design teams to plan new offerings that enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Talent Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Promote a positive work culture with a focus on teamwork, creativity, and exceptional service.
Provide ongoing training on industry trends, service practices, and brand standards.
Financial Performance:
Analyze financial reports, track KPIs, and identify revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities.
Guest Experience:
Continuously improve guest experiences through innovative offerings and monitor feedback to enhance service quality.
Training & Development:
Deliver on-site training globally to align F&B with brand standards.
Support pre-opening and taskforce teams as needed.
Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in luxury hotel/F&B operations in China. Proven experience in brand collaborations and financial management within the F&B sector.
Skills:
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is essential.
