Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel chain in Asia, is seeking an Executive Office Manager to support their CEO and office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and office team.
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and pleasant work environment.
Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO and office team.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 7 years in an executive assistant or office manager role in multinational companies; hotel industry experience is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, adept with office software, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
