Our client, a luxury retail brand, is embarking on a new high-end F&B project in Beijing and is now seeking a Bar Manager.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the pre-opening and operation of the Bar.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in luxury hotels or upscale stand-alone restaurants
Expertise in mixology and menu design
Pre-opening experience is an advantage
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in English
