A prestigious luxury brand is seeking a VIC Manager to lead and elevate client services across a network of boutiques in China.
This position is based in Shanghai and involves overseeing VIP client management across more than 20 stores nationwide, with a focus on enhancing customer experiences and organizing high-profile events.
Role Overview:
The VIC Manager will take charge of delivering premium service to VIP clients, ensuring a seamless experience across the brand’s network of boutiques.
The role covers major cities, including new product launches in Beijing. This position reports to the Retail Director (to be confirmed) and requires collaboration with various teams to maintain the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the VIC program to ensure personalized and high-quality services for VIP clients.
Plan and coordinate exclusive events and product launches nationwide.
Visit stores to monitor service standards and engage with clients to build lasting relationships.
Collaborate with boutique staff to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support brand initiatives and new product introductions.
Qualifications:
Strong interest in luxury goods, particularly watches, with a passion for premium client services.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a refined, professional image.
Fluency in English is required.
Prior experience in luxury retail, VIP client services, or similar roles (e.g., Butler service) is an advantage.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Flexibility to travel to boutiques and events across the country when necessary.
