We are seeking a dynamic Trainer to lead training programs across China for a luxury brand.
This role will cover both direct stores and franchise partners, delivering product and sales training, as well as coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and deliver training programs for retail and wholesale channels.
Conduct product, sales, and coaching training to meet business needs.
Ensure high standards for all training sessions.
Manage training logistics, including venue and materials.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up coaching.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of training experience, with strong coaching skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate.
Proficient in MS Office.
Able to inspire and engage teams.
