正如欧洲商会人力资源工作组国家主席Jeanette Yu女士所言,当今是一个变革的时代,人才不只是想工作,而是想在一个能给他们有意义的职业生涯的地方工作。针对不断变化的市场环境,8月29日,欧洲商会举办的年度人力资源会议以「A BETTER WAY TO DEVELOP AND RETAIN TALENT TO KEEP YOUR EMPLOYEES AROUND AND ENGAGED」为主题,从人才管理的角度探讨如何升级人力资源部门的思维方式,以帮助组织适应数字时代。

As Ms. Jeanette Yu, National Chair of the Human Resources Working Group at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, said, today is a time of change where talent does not just want to work, but to work in a place that will give them a meaningful career. Addressing the evolving market landscape, the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China convened its annual Human Resources Conference on August 29th. Themed "A Better Way to Develop and Retain Talent to Keep Your Employees Around and Engaged," the conference delved into innovative approaches to talent management, aiming to upgrade the HR department's mindset and assist organizations in adapting to the digital age.

Mr. Guoxing Li, Co-founder and CEO of Moka, attended the conference and delivered the opening Keynote speech titled "Next-Gen HR: AI Shaping the Future of Work", where he explored the vast potential of artificial intelligence and its promising applications in the realm of human resources. UsingChatGPT as an example, Guoxing emphasized AI's formidable power and swift development with concrete data. In his view, the level of interest from clients in AI has never been more profound.

李国兴提出两个重要观点,其一,人工智能将从根本上改变工作和组织,因此作为人力资源专业人士,需要预测变化,并积极采取措施,帮助员工更好地迎接挑战,以支持企业保持领先地位;其二,人工智能应用正在大幅提高人力资源相关工作的效率和表现,并在人才招聘、员工体验等多个环节发挥重要作用,例如利用 AI 技术智能筛选简历、自动生成面试纪要,以及智能数据分析等,而 HR可以将更多时间和精力投入在更有价值、注重沟通的工作上。
Mr. Guoxing Li put forward two pivotal perspectives during his keynote. Firstly, AI will change jobs and organizations fundamentally. Hence HR professionals need to anticipate these shifts and take proactive steps to support businesses in staying ahead and helping employees meet challenges more effectively. Secondly, AI application is and will be drastically boosting HR work efficiency and performance, playing a crucial role in various aspects such as talent acquisition and employee experience. For instance, AI technologies can intelligently screen resumes, automatically generate interview summaries, and perform smart data analysis. This allows HR professionals to dedicate more time and effort to high-value tasks that emphasize communication and strategic engagement.

Mr. Guoxing Li shared that, taking AI Interview Summary as an example, it has been effectively applied in the recruitment processes of large corporate groups. Facing scenarios with high recruitment volumes, concentrated interviews, and need for standardizaion, Moka Eva has achieved an average of 232 intelligently summarized interviews per working day, which undoubtedly represents a significant enhancement in the efficiency and quality of interviews.
