Speakers Yulong Lai (from Shihui Partners), Mark Chiu (from Tanner De Witt) and Helena Kok (from MdME) will each give an overview of the employment rights in their respective jurisdictions and highlight some of the important issues. The seminar will conclude with a comparative analysis of the three jurisdictions, followed by a Q&A session, allowing participants to engage with the speakers and clarify any doubts.
