If you're a foreign national with expertise in cross-border e-commerce, Hangzhou is inviting you to apply for the "Outstanding Foreign Cross-Border E-Commerce Talent" recognition. Successful applicants can obtain a work visa after recognition as an "Outstanding Foreign Cross-Border E-Commerce Talent."
Eligibility Criteria for Recognition:
Age and Health: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and in good health.
Legal Compliance: Applicants must love the People's Republic of China (PRC), comply with PRC laws and regulations, safeguard state secrets, and maintain national territorial integrity and sovereignty.
No Legal Issues: Applicants should have no disciplinary actions or criminal records.
Educational Qualifications: Must hold an associate degree or higher recognized by the Chinese Ministry of Education or an equivalent degree certified by the Chinese embassy.
Relevant Work Experience: A minimum of six months of work experience in related fields (including internships, entrepreneurship, and work-study). Relevant fields include cross-border e-commerce livestreaming, short video operations, product development, overseas customer expansion, and e-commerce operations. Internships or job assessments should be rated as excellent.
Employment: Applicants must have a confirmed employment offer from a cross-border e-commerce company. The salary should generally not be lower than the average wage of local urban employees. Cross-border e-commerce companies are defined as businesses registered within China, engaged in cross-border product sales or providing related services via internet or other information networks. This includes platform-based, transactional, or service-oriented e-commerce companies.
Priority Consideration: Applicants with the following qualities will be given priority: proficiency in a foreign language, strong camera presence, good foundation in hosting with a positive image, outstanding livestream performance, experience in B2B or B2C platform livestreams with good sales, or those with over 100,000 followers across platforms or high rankings in competitions.
