近日,西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院高振鹏教授团队在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》(中科院1区TOP,IF=5.7)发表题为“Bifidobacterium bifidum Ameliorates DSS-Induced Colitis in Mice by Regulating Microbial Metabolome and Targeting Gut Microbiota”研究性论文。西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院2021级博士研究生韩梦珍为第一作者,高振鹏教授为通讯作者。

高振鹏,男,博士,教授/博导。第一作者或通讯作者在《Journal of Advanced Research》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《Food Hydrocolloids》等期刊发表论文80余篇,第一申请人获批及申报专利15项。主持国家重点研发计划课题、子课题及专题等项目20余项。获得省部级科技成果奖4项,陕西省高校科学技术优秀成果一等奖2项,副主编及参编教材6部。研究领域:果蔬、食用菌及茶叶加工及安全控制。
该研究得到了国家重点研发计划项目资助。
