The highly anticipated 2025 BBART’s Night is set to be held in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), a region renowned for its cutting-edge technology and vibrant art ecosystem.
The event is set to make a splash this year with a theme that celebrates the fusion of artificial intelligence (AI), AI-generated content (AIGC), and digital art, according to Wang Jie, president of the BBART’s Night Organizing Committee.

“This year’s BBART’s Night will delve into the dynamic interaction and rapid development of AIGC, AI, and digital art, examining their impact on society, economy, and culture as well as showcasing cultural, artistic, and technological convergence,” Wang told Shenzhen Daily in an exclusive interview Wednesday.
“The GBA stands out as a hub for the most advanced technologies and complete ecosystem in the realm of AIGC and digital art. I think there is no better place to showcase this year’s theme than here,” Wang said.

According to Wang, a special exhibition area will be dedicated to promoting interaction between art, artists, brands, and industries in this year’s event.
Meanwhile, five to 10 influential art-loving celebrities will be appointed as BBART’s Night promotion ambassadors and curators.

In terms of expansion of awards, the event will recognize the most influential artists, artworks, and art events, including opera and dance drama.
Additionally, collaborations with top international new media artists will result in a venue that integrates leading AIGC and AI technologies, offering an immersive and innovative experience for attendees.
“This year’s BBART’s Night will feature a diverse array of artworks, ranging from traditional to new media art. We are particularly excited to welcome local artists from the GBA to participate,” Wang said.

BBART’s Night is an art event hosted by BBART magazine, which is recognized as China’s first international art magazine and the fourth publication under the esteemed Harper’s Bazaar brand in China.
