Marriott Hotels, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s global portfolio of more than 30 hotel brands, recently launched the “Wonderful Hospitality for Your Heartfelt Smile” brand campaign in China.
The campaign kicked off with five engaging videos starring popular Chinese comedians — Yan Peilun, Zhang Youwei, Liu Yang and Zhu Meiji, who shine a bright spotlight on Marriott’s signature hospitality through the delightful lens of comedy and laughter. The videos capture everyday moments at Marriott Hotels, from the front office associates who anticipate guest needs to exceptional in-house dining experiences crafted with passion and care.
As part of the campaign, Marriott Hotels collaborates with the comedians to host a series of live comedy shows at select properties across Xiamen, Shenzhen and Beijing from Jan. 20 through the end of March. The shows will blend comedy and entertainment into the vibrant settings of Marriott Hotels, bringing to life its brand promise of “Wonderful Hospitality. Always” which delivers heartfelt service and an extraordinary travel experience like no other.

The launch of the campaign marks the official kick-off of Marriott Hotels‘ “Wonderful Hospitality” brand program in 71 properties across China. The “Wonderful Hospitality” initiative, which highlights small yet meaningful actions, whether spontaneous or thoughtfully planned, that create unique and lasting human connections. At Marriott Hotels, these Wonderful Gestures can occur at any moment from check-in to check-out. These thoughtful acts — an unexpected treat, a personalized gift for a child, or a simple helping hand — often evoke a smile, and creates an atmosphere of genuine warmth and welcome.
