2024年12月30日,福建师范大学曾令兴教授团队在Journal of Energy Storage期刊发表题为“Flash synthesis of uniform tin-modified carbon skeleton as stable anode for sodium metal batteries”的研究论文。本研究提出了一种通过快速焦耳加热法合成的均匀锡(Sn)纳米簇改性碳骨架(J800-Sn/C),作为钠金属电池的阳极宿主材料,以抑制钠枝晶的形成并缓解钠阳极的体积变化。研究深入探讨了锡颗粒的尺寸和分布对钠沉积行为的影响,发现均匀分布的锡纳米簇能够显著促进钠的均匀沉积,提供广泛的成核位点,并引导钠金属在膜方向上以颗粒形式生长。这种优化的钠沉积行为使得J800-Sn/C电极在3 mA cm⁻²的电流密度下展现出超过1000小时的卓越循环稳定性,钠容量达到3 mAh cm⁻²。此外,基于J800-Sn/C@Na阳极和NVP正极组装的全电池在高负载(1.5 mAh cm⁻²)和低N/P比(0.66)的苛刻条件下,展现出108 mAh g⁻¹的比容量,并在250个循环后保持95%的高容量保持率。这一成果不仅实现了无枝晶的钠金属电池设计,还为开发更高亲钠性的钠宿主材料开辟了新的途径。
