Responsibilities:
Lead and manage security projects from conception to completion. Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Prepare project reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in project management within the security industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken). CPP, PSP, PCI, CFE, PMP, CPO or other relevant certifications preferred.
Conduct security assessments and audits for clients.
Identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide recommendations on security best practices.
Assist clients in implementing security solutions.
Deliver training and awareness programs on security-related topics.
Stay informed about the latest security threats and trends.
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Security, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in security consulting or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
Relevant certifications such as CPP, PSP, PCI, or CPO preferred.
Provide close protection to clients during travel and events.
Conduct advance security planning and risk assessments.
Coordinate with local authorities and security teams.
Monitor and assess security threats in real-time.
Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Previous experience in executive protection or related roles.
Training and certification in executive protection.
Strong physical fitness and defensive tactics skills.
Excellent situational awareness and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Coordinate security activities and schedules.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or incidents.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with security training and awareness programs.
Support the Security Project Lead and other team members as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security or related field preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
