Tears In Heaven《泪洒天堂》是英国歌手Eric Clapton（埃里克·克莱普顿）为了纪念他年仅四岁多的儿子康纳（Conor）而创作并演唱的。1991年，康纳不幸从他母亲位于纽约的五十三层公寓的窗户意外坠落身亡。中年才喜得贵子的埃里克·克莱普顿，将心头的悲伤写成了这首歌曲来纪念亡子。他想象着自己随儿子去天堂，想象着他们在天堂相遇，但同时，他也告诉自己要坚强，终究可以走过这一段丧子之痛，相信天堂将不再有泪。
