JD.com Group recently announced its 2024 year-end bonus distribution plan, which will adjust the structure of employees' year-end bonuses. According to the announcement, employees in the O sequence will receive their year-end bonuses on January 26 (the 27th day of the 12th lunar month), while those in the P sequence will receive theirs on February 27.
京东集团近日宣布了其2024年年终奖发放计划,该计划将对员工的年终奖结构进行调整。根据公告,O序列员工将在1月26日(腊月二十七)收到年终奖,而P序列员工则将在2月27日收到。
此次调整标志着京东集团年终奖结构的一次重大升级,从传统的年终奖转变为固定年终奖与目标年终奖相结合的模式。目标年终奖将根据员工的年度绩效等级来确定,具体为固定月薪的倍数。
For example, employees with an annual performance rating of A will receive a year-end bonus of 8 times their monthly salary, resulting in a total annual salary equivalent to 20 months' pay. Employees with an annual performance rating of B will receive a year-end bonus of 5 times their monthly salary, meaning their total annual salary will be 17 months' pay.
例如,年度绩效等级为A的员工,将获得8倍月薪的年终奖,全年薪酬将达到20薪;而年度绩效等级为B的员工将获得5倍月薪的年终奖,即全年薪酬为17薪。
京东公告还显示,自今年7月起,采销员工的年终奖计划已正式启动升级,预计到2024年,员工的平均薪酬将达到23薪,且没有上限。到2026年,这一数字预计将进一步提升至26薪,同样不设上限。
此外,京东表示,客服员工薪酬福利整体升级计划将在12月25日发布。
