12月29日,CR450动车组样车在北京发布,这标志着“CR450科技创新工程”取得重大突破,将极大提升我国铁路科技创新水平和科技自立自强能力,进一步巩固扩大我国高铁技术世界领跑优势。

In 2018, it began to explore in the "no man's land" of 400 km/h commercial operation technology, studied the basic theory and key technologies of high-speed railway under the operating conditions of 400 km/h, and made a large amount of technical accumulation and demonstration. In 2021, the "CR450 Science and Technology Innovation Project" was officially implemented, and the research and development of the CR450 EMU with a speed of 400 km/h and the research on the complete set of high-speed railway infrastructure technologies were started. In 2022, the general technical conditions of the CR450 EMU were released, and the parameter tests and a large number of simulation calculations of the CR450 EMU development technical conditions were carried out. From 2022 to 2023, the CR450 EMU new technology component replacement tests were carried out on the Yunnan-Mengzi and Fuzhou-Xiamen high-speed railways respectively, and the performance of the key new technologies and components was verified. In 2024, the production of the prototype was officially started, and the intelligent manufacturing technology was widely applied and the quality control was strengthened to ensure the smooth rollout of the CR450 EMU prototype.
2018年开始在时速400公里商业运营技术“无人区”进行探索,研究时速400公里运行条件下的高铁基础理论和关键技术,做了大量技术积累和论证;2021年正式实施“CR450科技创新工程”,开始时速400公里CR450动车组研发和高铁基础设施成套技术研究;2022年发布了CR450动车组总体技术条件,开展了CR450动车组研制技术条件参数试验和大量仿真计算;2022年至2023年,分别在弥蒙、福厦高铁开展了CR450动车组新技术部件换装试验,对关键新技术和部件性能进行了验证;2024年正式启动样车生产,广泛应用智能制造技术,强化质量管控,确保了CR450动车组样车顺利下线。
The main indicators of the CR450 EMU prototype, such as operating speed, running energy consumption, interior noise and braking distance, are internationally leading. First, it is faster. The test speed is 450 km/h and the operating speed is 400 km/h. After it is put into commercial operation in the future, the space-time distance can be further compressed and passengers' travel will be more convenient and efficient. Second, it is safer. The braking distance is shorter and the running stability is better. When the operating speed is increased, the braking distance is basically the same. Third, it is more energy-efficient. The running resistance of the whole EMU is reduced by 22% and the weight is reduced by 10%. Fourth, it is more comfortable. The comfort index is better, the interior noise is reduced by 2 decibels and the passenger compartment service space is increased by 4%, which can provide passengers with diversified, convenient and personalized services and a better riding experience. Fifth, it is smarter. The fields of driving and control, driver intelligent interaction, safety monitoring and passenger intelligent service have all been comprehensively upgraded.
CR450动车组样车运营速度、运行能耗、车内噪声、制动距离等主要指标国际领先。一是更高速。试验速度时速450公里,运营速度时速400公里,未来投入商业运营后可进一步压缩时空距离,让旅客出行更加便捷高效。二是更安全。制动距离更短、运行稳定性更优,在运营速度提升的情况下,制动距离基本相当。三是更节能。动车组整车运行阻力降低22%,减重10%。四是更舒适。舒适度指标更优,车内噪声降低2分贝,客室服务空间增加4%,可为旅客提供多样化、便利化、个性化服务,乘坐体验更好。五是更智能。行车与控制、司机智能交互、安全监控、旅客智能服务等领域均得到全面升级。
