今天给大家讲的是阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,
AD)临床前期主观认知下降(Subjective Cognitive
Decline, SCD)向轻度认知障碍(Mild Cognitive Impairment, MCI)或AD痴呆的转化风险。
首先,AD临床前期SCD作为AD临床前期的最早期阶段,有很高的向MCI或AD痴呆转化的风险。
同时Mitchell等报道记忆诊所或专科的Meta分析显示,在超过3.3年的随访中,SCD向MCI的转化率为16.48%,年转化率为5.6%。超过3.2年的随访中,痴呆的转化率为11.7%,年转化率为3.2%。研究显示,SCD向痴呆的年转化为2.9%-11%。
