ICAIE 2025 Call for Papers

ICAIE 2025, 2025 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Education, will be held in Suzhou, China during May 14-16, 2025. The theme of this year is "Embracing a New Era of Education Enabled by AI: Personalization, Gamification, and Interdisciplinary Integration". ICAIE will keep working on itself as an event whose aim is to provide this chance and platform for researchers from academia, industry, and government institutions to exchange and present novel research on Artificial Intelligence and Education. ICAIE now openly calls for submissions.


We warmly welcome researchers and students to actively contribute their papers and join this grand academic conference!

Track 1: AI-Enabled Personalized Education: Innovations and Challenges


Track Introduction:
This track focuses on exploring the latest innovations and addressing the challenges in AI-enabled personalized education. AI and Education Practice Presentation Session


This session will feature papers on AI and Education as Featured in Developing Academic Practice's (DAP) Special Issue on AI and Education. DAP is a gold open access Academy journal supported by Liverpool University Press aiming to celebrate scholarship in all aspects of academic practice in Higher Education. The papers will focus on different aspects of the incorporation of AI into learning and teaching.


Conference Proceedings


Submitted papers will be strictly reviewed by the technical program committee. Accepted papers after successful registration and presentation will be included in ICAIE 2025 Conference Proceedings, which will be archived in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus. The authors of the papers will be invited to participate in the ICAIE to display their research results.

1) Papers submitted to the conference should be in English, and more than 4 pages. An extra fee will be charged for pages exceeding 5. The organizing committee will confirm your submission and provide an article number within 2 working days after receiving your manuscript. After the submission, we will forward your paper to relevant experts for review based on its theme.


- Author Participation: Your manuscript accepted by ICAIE 2025 will be published and you can deliver a paper presentation on ICAIE 2025, orally or poster presentation. You must submit a Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline. 


- Presenter Participation: You can deliver a presentation on ICAIE 2025, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. The abstract is necessary to submit.


2) For submissions intended for publication, please submit the full manuscript. Scholars are requested to prepare their manuscripts according to the provided template. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
