国庆节的由来：“国庆”一词，本指国家喜庆之事，最早见于西晋。

西晋的文学家陆机在《五等诸侯论》一文中就曾有“国庆独飨其利，主忧莫与其害”的记载。我国封建时代，国家喜庆的大事，莫大于帝王的登基、诞辰等。因而我国古代把皇帝即位、诞辰称为“国庆”。今天将国家建立的纪念日为国庆。

In our country's feudal era, there was no greater national celebration than the emperor's enthronement or birthday. Today, the day commemorating the establishment of the nation is celebrated as National Day.

尽量避免带孩子到人流密集且通风不良的公共场所，以降低感染疾病的风险。在家中，也要注意保持室内空气流通，定期开窗通风，减少室内污染物的积聚。

为了保护好孩子的饮食安全，请确保孩子们食品都是清洁、卫生的，避免提供任何可能已经腐烂、发霉、有毒或变质的食物。提醒孩子们，不要随意食用未经清洗或可能受到农药污染的果实。教育孩子识别安全的食品，教会他们如何检查食品的保质期和质量，确保他们能够远离不安全的食品。

在游乐园或大型购物中心等人流密集的场所,家长应时刻保持警惕,紧握孩子的手,防止走散。进入任何公共场所时,先向孩子讲解该场所的安全注意事项,并督促他们严格遵守。

In crowded places such as amusement parks or large shopping centers, parents should always be alert and hold their children's hands tightly to prevent them from getting lost. Before entering any public place, explain the safety precautions to the children and urge them to follow them strictly. 

乘坐电梯或自动扶梯时,提醒孩子们站稳扶好,不要靠近边缘或玩耍。在拥挤的人群中,教导孩子如果不慎与家长走散,应立即找到工作人员或警察求助,而不是自行四处寻找。参加户外活动时,为孩子们穿上醒目的衣服,并教会他们记住父母的联系方式。

When taking elevators or escalators, remind children to stand firm and hold on, and not to lean close to the edge or play around. In crowded crowds, teach children that if they accidentally get separated from their parents, they should immediately find staff or police for help, instead of looking for them on their own.
