助力两国气候对话
北京时间2024年9月6日——美中贸易全国委员会（USCBC）是一家非政府、无党派、非营利的机构，拥有超过270家在华经营的美国会员企业。美中贸易全国委员会在北京联合主办中美循环经济合作论坛，参会嘉宾围绕循环经济助力温室气体减排、再生材料推广应用、塑料污染治理与循环利用、新业态新消费模式下提升废弃物循环利用价值等议题深入开展交流。
此次论坛邀请了来自两国政府和工商界的高级别代表，就推进循环经济务实合作和深化双边交流展开了积极对话。论坛强调了中美两国通过创新和战略合作应对全球环境挑战的共同承诺。

USCBC Co-Hosts US-China Circular Economy Forum with Delegations from Both Countries
BEIJING—September 6, 2024—The US-China Business Council (USCBC), a private, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization of more than 270 American companies that do business in China, today co-hosted a series of meetings with representatives from the United States and China about how to better support the circular economy, including through reducing industrial emissions, enhancing recycling value, managing plastic waste, and improving the remanufacturing of used equipment.
The forum brought together senior government and business leaders to foster a robust dialogue on advancing circular economy practices and deepening bilateral cooperation. The event highlighted a shared commitment to addressing global environmental challenges through innovation and strategic partnerships.

美中贸易全国委员会高级副会长范诺亚（Noah Fraser）参与9月6日上午开幕式全体大会并致辞。下午，论坛还举行了4场平行闭门会议，与会代表围绕循环经济助力温室气体减排、再生材料推广应用、塑料污染治理与循环利用、新业态新消费模式下提升废弃物循环利用价值等议题深入开展交流。美中贸易全国委员会近50家会员企业参加本次论坛，并有多家会员企业代表参与闭门会发言。
USCBC Senior Vice President Noah Fraser participated in the morning opening ceremony and plenary session, where he delivered a keynote speech. In the afternoon, the forum featured four parallel closed-door meetings focusing on specific areas of circular economy development, including reducing industrial emissions, enhancing recycling value, managing plastic waste, and improving the remanufacturing of used equipment. Nearly 50 USCBC member companies attended the forum, with several speaking in the closed-door meetings.
