At the end of April 2024, the European Parliament adopted the Forced Labour Regulation (FLR), which will prohibit products linked to forced labor from entering the EU market, affecting both imports and exports. In July 2024, the EU Directive 2024/1760 on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (CSDDD) came into force. These two EU regulations represent significant steps toward enhancing sustainability standards within global supply chains, creating new compliance challenges for businesses.

To help Chinese enterprises in Europe navigate the complexities of CSDDD and FLR compliance, the CCCEU, in collaboration with law firm Gunnercooke, is hosting a two-part webinar.
