热带气旋“贝碧嘉”预计将于9月15日（周日）晚间至9月16日（周一）期间在浙江北部及上海登陆。中央气象台与上海市气象服务中心已向上述地区居民发布了警告信息及预防措施。
Tropical Cyclone "Bebinca" is expected to make landfall in the north of Zhejiang region and Shanghai on the evening of Sunday 15 September and Monday 16 September. The Central Meteorological Observatory and the Shanghai Municipal Meteorological Service Centre has issued warnings and precautions for residents of Zhejiang and Shanghai.

Please also ensure that you keep your family and friends in New Zealand informed of your safety and well-being, including after a storm has passed. The National Meteorological Centre of China is issuing advice on http://m.nmc.cn. We strongly advise New Zealanders in affected areas of China to follow the advice of the local authorities at all times (including any evacuation orders) and seek suitable shelter. Visitors and tourists staying in travel accommodation should follow the guidance of hotel/resort management. Stay indoors during storm conditions and remain well away from the sea and rivers.
