CAMPING ACTIVITY
Winter wonders and camping aspirations await your participation! We're on the lookout for passionate nature lovers and responsible individuals to plan our winter camping event. As part of the executive committee, you'll be tasked with organizing activities, ensuring safety, fostering teamwork, and advocating for environmental protection. This isn't merely a role to tackle; it's a path to personal growth.
Join us as we use the earth as our bed and the stars as our roof, to create a winter camping masterpiece together. In return, you'll receive skill development, valuable experience, and heartfelt friendships forged through our shared endeavors.
The currently recruited positions for the planning committee include: Event Planning Department, Event Public Relations Department, Event Media Department, and Event General Affairs Department.
Event Planning Department
（4 members)
Closely communicate with the Director Department regarding the feasibility of event content.
Further develop the event details based on the general framework.
Organize and execute the event process.
Host the event and handle related matters.
Event Public Relations Department (4 members)
Follow up on responses from contacted organizations.
Find suitable event venues and sponsors.
Contact and coordinate with representatives of venues and sponsors.
Draft official letters related to the above tasks.
Possess basic proficiency in Chinese, English and Malay, including communication and writing skills.
Event Media Department
（5 members)
Create posters and social media posts related to the event.
Write copy for social media posts and posters.
Design event merchandise (including but not limited to: participant badges, event apparel, custom items, etc.).
Event General Affairs Department（4 members)
Responsible for overall logistical coordination.
Find vendors and sources that meet specific needs.
Procure materials and props
Arrange transportation for participants to and from designated locations.
Coordinate accommodation and prepare participant lists.
Registration
Registration Deadline: 2024/10/22
The interview time will be arranged separately according to the order in which applicants join the group.
