Lead the Green Future!
In 2025, Malaysian Students Association in China(MSAC) will host a grand gathering of youth from China and Malaysia - Malaysia-China Youth Forum on Green Technology and Global Sustainable Development! We are looking for individuals passionate about green technology, full of creativity and responsibility, to join our executive committee team and contribute to this inspiring and innovative forum!
As an executive committee member, you will plan the entire forum, ensure the smooth operation of events, facilitate multi-party collaboration, engage in interactions with Chinese and Malaysian youth as well as professionals, and promote green concepts.
Currently, we are recruiting for 10 executive committee positions, which include: Vice Event Director, Secretary, Translator, Head of General Affairs Department, General Affairs Member, Head of Public Relations Department, Public Relationship Coordinator, Head of Media Department, Multimedia and Designer.

Vice Event Director
(Two Positions)
Project Development: Assist the Event Director in drafting and refining project plans to ensure successful implementation and completion.
Department Coordination: Facilitate equitable and efficient task distribution across departments to maintain smooth project advancement.
Document Review: Conduct preliminary reviews of departmental documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to the Event Director.
Promotional Strategy Development: Support the creation of project promotion strategies to attract potential sponsorship resources.

Secretary
(Two Positions)
Meeting and Administrative Documentation: Prepare minutes, draft official correspondence, and compile other key administrative documents.
Participant Data Management: Manage participant registration and maintain comprehensive records throughout each event.
Certificate Creation and Distribution: Prepare and distribute certificates of participation and appreciation after each event.

Translator
(Two Positions)
Document Translation: Translate all project-related documents into Mandarin, Malay, and English to support cross-language communication and understanding.

Head of General Affairs Department
(One Position)
Project Logistics Support: Fully coordinate all departments’ logistical needs to ensure smooth project execution and reliable operational support.
On-Site Operations Management: Attend events in person to manage on-site logistics, ensuring timely response to specific material needs and adjustments as required.

General Affairs Member
(One Position)
Material Needs and Procurement Management: Compile and verify the list of materials required by each department, conduct thorough reviews, and manage procurement.
Technical Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor audio-visual and technical equipment during events to ensure seamless technical support.
On-Site Guidance and Guest Assistance: Provide seating arrangements, directional guidance, and general logistical support to guests throughout the event.

Head of Public Relations Department
(One Position)
External Relations Management: Oversee relationships with media, sponsors, and partner organizations, building a strong, positive network of external relations
Task Allocation and Content Review: Distribute tasks within the Public Relations department, reviewing all external communications to ensure professionalism and accuracy.

Public Relationship Coordinator
(Three Positions)
External Communication Assistance: Assist the Head of Public Relations in maintaining smooth, professional communication with external partners.

Head of Media Department
(One Position)
Media Strategy and Promotion Management: Oversee media coverage, social media presence, and project promotion to maximize event exposure.
Team Task Allocation and Execution Supervision: Delegate tasks within the media team, ensuring the promotion plan is effectively and precisely executed.

Multimedia
(Two Positions)
Cross-Platform Branding and Communication: Manage the project’s public presence across various media channels, ensuring consistent branding and accurate messaging.

Designer
(Two Positions)
Branded Merchandise Design and Development: Design and develop a range of forum-branded merchandise, including sustainable products (e.g.reusable bags, notebooks, water bottles), and a commemorative logo representing themes of China-Malaysia relations and sustainable development.
Vendor Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with vendors to assess design feasibility, request samples, and ensure the final products meet high-quality and eco-friendly standards, in line with the forum’s professional image.
