The MSAC 2025 China-Malaysia Youth Forum on Net-Zero Transition and Global Sustainable Development is an innovative initiative led by Malaysian students studying in China. This forum aims to amplify the impact of youth voices, inspire real-world adoption of net-zero and sustainable living practices, and foster deep collaboration between China and Malaysia in key areas such as global net-zero transition and sustainable development. We are now seeking passionate and creative individuals to join our Executive Committee and bring this visionary initiative to life. Be part of a transformative journey and leave a lasting impact!

Public Relations Coordinator
(2 Positions)
1. Securing Event Sponsorship and Resources:
Develop sponsorship proposals and negotiate with potential sponsors to secure funding and material support.
2. Coordinate with Guests and Partner Organizations:
Assist the Academic Department and Event Department in inviting guest speakers and partner organizations.
3. Event Promotion and Follow-Up:
Collaborate with Media Department to promote event information,handle feedback and follow-up after the event.

1. Academic Event Planning and Design:
Work with the Event Department to determine the theme of forum activities, plan the academic framework and content ,and create a narrative for the event.
2. Guest Invitations and Budget Preparation:
Seek lecturers from academia and corporate, extend invitations, coordinate presentation content and prepare the event budget.
3. Content Quality Control:
Ensure that event content aligns with the theme and optimize the structure and presentation of academic segments.

Multimedia
(3 Positions)
1. Promotion Plan Development:
Devise media promotion strategies, plan the branding image and maintain external media relations.
2. Multimedia Content Creation:
Design promotional posters, social media posts and highlight introductions of guest speakers.
3. Material Collection and Budget Management:
Capture event photos and videos, conduct on-site guest interviews, organize materials and prepare a media promotion budget.
Designer
(2 Positions)

1. Event Merchandise Design and Development:
Design and develop a range of forum-branded merchandise and a commemorative logo representing themes of China-Malaysia relations and sustainable development.
2. Forum Venue Design and Setup:
Oversee the overall scene design for the main forum venue, ensuring the ambiance aligns with the forum’s theme and branding.
3. Vendor Collaboration and Quality Control:
Collaborate with vendors to assess design feasibility, request samples and ensure the final products meet high-quality and eco-friendly standards, in line with the forum’s professional image.

Event Department
(2 Positions)
1.Event Planning and Proposal:
Responsible for drafting event proposals, planning recruitmentsegments, and preparing a list of potential guest speakers, ensuring that the event plan aligns with the forum’s objectives.
2.Venue and Process Management:
Oversee venue approval, organize event rehearsals, and prepare the event budget.
Forum Operations and Management Department
(3 Positions)

1. Forum Venue and Catering Management:
Manage the forum venue's sourcing, rental and operations, ensuring all facilities are prepared to support a successful event. Oversee catering arrangements, including menu planning and service delivery, to meet participant needs and maintain high standards throughout the event.
2. Project Logistics Support:
Fully coordinate all departments’ logistical needs to ensure smooth project execution and reliable operational support.
3.Technical Equipment Operation:
Operate and monitor audio-visual and technical equipment during events to ensure seamless technical support.
4. On-Site Operations Management:
Attend events in person to manage on-site logistics, ensuring timely response to specific material needs and adjustments as required.
