Contact The Customer Service
After joining the group, contact the customer service representative in the group to obtain your personal exclusive shipping code. Also, provide the customer service with specific information regarding the shipment to Malaysia, such as address, recipient’s name, mobile number and etc.

Transport the luggage to YONEX’s warehouse in Guangzhou.
Self-package and send to the warehouse
Step 1:Write the personal code for shipping on the packed luggage.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Before sending your luggage to the warehouse in Guangzhou, please send pictures of your luggage to YONEX customer service for confirmation.
2. After the luggage is loaded into the container, it usually takes 14-21 days to reach the students. However, if there are uncertain factors such as weather conditions affecting the shipping schedule, it may cause a delay of several days in transportation.
3. Currently, there is a shortage of containers in the Eastern Malaysian ports, which will result in a delay of approximately 6-8 weeks.
4. Please do not place any prohibited items in your luggage. Please refer to the "Transportation Guidelines" for more information.

Logistics Tips
The term "cubic" refers to the dimensions of length, width, and height each being 1m³. Taking the package below as example, its volume will be: 0.4 x 0.5 x 0.6 = 0.12m³

If the weight exceeds the volume, YONEX will calculate based on the weight. For example, the above box is 0.12m³, but its weight is 400KG. YONEX will use 400KG ÷ 500KG = 0.8m³, and calculate the price based on 0.8m³.

The transportation company does not bear any responsibility for expenses incurred from the transportation of the following types of goods (infringing counterfeit goods, dangerous goods, items requiring permits, live poultry, frozen perishables, agricultural and side-line products, licoricey and licoricey products, rush and rush products, minerals, precious metals, endangered plants and animals, fuel-powered vehicles, chemicals, drugs, coal, coke, charcoal, crude oil, refined oil, prohibited items, etc.).

Fireworks, lighters, perfume, gas in pressure tanks (such as insecticides, air fresheners, aerosols, fire extinguishers), fireworks (including paper and snow), table tennis, correction fluid, carbon paper, shaving cream , chemical flammables, hair dyes, mousse, lithium batteries, batteries, hairspray, vats of glue, flints, nail polish, paint, empty lighters, refrigerants, camphor (pills), toilet water, printing inks, alcohol, Alcohol-containing products, alcohol-based hand sanitizers, alcohol-based wet wipes, machine-made charcoal and other flammable and explosive goods, corrosive products, toxic materials, miscellaneous dangerous goods, etc.

Mouse glue, cockroach poison, rat poison, mosquito coils, sticky traps, fly paper, etc.

LV, Dior, CHANEL, PLAYBOY, GUCCI, Adidas, NIKE, PUMA, FILA, PHILIPS, BOSE, L’OREAL, and other well-known brands.
Special Sensitive Goods
The carrying of smuggled tobacco, alcohol, and rice is strictly prohibited. Warehouses receiving these goods will confiscate and seize them. Food is prone to attracting mice for consumption, so it is not recommended for shipping, and transportation companies will not provide compensation.
