源自英国的现代赛艇是奥运正式比赛项目

与哈罗学校渊源深厚——

早在1829年，哈罗公学两位毕业生

分别于牛津大学和剑桥大学成立了赛艇队

发起首次牛津剑桥对抗赛

此项著名的大学赛事持续至今

奠定了现代赛艇比赛的基础

传承百年哈罗传统和赛艇精英运动精神

AISL哈罗多个校区亦设有赛艇运动项目

富有前瞻性地培养综合型人才与未来领航者

共同主办本次大赛的横琴哈罗礼德学校

与天沐赛艇会长期合作

开设赛艇兴趣课CCA，发掘青少年赛艇运动的潜质

延续哈罗赛艇的文化

成为哈罗全人教育的经典范例

The regatta will focus on five objectives: talent development, blending of the Greater Bay Area, community engagement, international cooperation, and holistic education,

with a mission to promote the prosperity and development of the GBA by working closely with various sectors in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao

three organisers – Harrow Hengqin LiDe School (Harrow Hengqin), Viveresky Group, Tinmuk Rowing Club,

Mr Kenneth Fok, Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Vice Chairman of the All-China Youth Federation, Asian Games and Olympic rowers have gathered at our press conference to witness this exciting moment

Modern rowing from the United Kingdom is an official Olympic sportand has a deep connection 

to Harrow School.

As early as 1829, two graduates of Harrow School 

founded the rowing teams at University of Oxford 

and University of Cambridge respectively. 

This marked the beginning of the first Oxbridge Rivalry.

 This prestigious collegiate event continues to 

this day and forms the foundation 

for modern rowing competitions.

Inheriting the 450-year-old Harrow tradition 

and the elite sporting spirit of rowing, 

several AISL Harrow schools are also offering rowing programmes to cultivate talented individuals and future leaders with forward-looking vision.

With the long-term collaboration with Tinmuk Rowing Association, our co-organiser, Harrow LiDe School Hengqin, has formed a rowing CCA class

to explore the potential of youth rowing

as part of Harrow's holistic education offerings.

更面对面分享心路历程，激励大湾区青少年

The activation session followed the classic "Les Trois Coups" opening ceremony at this year's Paris Olympics.

Guests held the oars and "struck three times" together, implying that the AISL Harrow Rowing Regatta 

officially set sail.

Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao will work together 

to bring the Olympic spirit 

and world-class sports experience to GBA.

Mr Chiu Hin Chun, the record-breaking athlete in the history of the Hong Kong China team at the Paris Olympics, and Mr Wong Wai Chun, the gold medalist of the Hangzhou Asian Games  Rowing Men's Pair, 

shared their experiences face-to-face 

to inspire young people in the GBA:
