5 : 船舶靠泊期间,驾驶员的职责

PSC针对超过15年船龄的船舶检查相对频繁,由于船龄较大船舶周转速度比较快以及自身原因,很多设备疏于保养会问题频发,这里列举一些近期在检查过程中被记录的缺陷,包括整改措施,船员兄弟按图索骥,对号入座,重点检查,让自己的船远离这些问题,保证船舶运营安全争取零缺陷通过

  • 压载水处理系统
  • BNWAS
  • BSN STORE DEWATER SYSTRM 应急操作
  • PERSONAL GAS MONITOR 气体监测装置
  • 二氧化碳释放装置
  • 电子海图上的标注 CONTINGGENCY ANCHORAGE ,ABORT POINT
  • 消防员装备的状态和呼吸器的使用
  • 舷梯和引水梯组合梯上的角度指示器 以及舷梯安全网和救生圈
  • 船上广播系统不能正常工作
