5 : 船舶靠泊期间,驾驶员的职责
PSC针对超过15年船龄的船舶检查相对频繁,由于船龄较大船舶周转速度比较快以及自身原因,很多设备疏于保养会问题频发,这里列举一些近期在检查过程中被记录的缺陷,包括整改措施,船员兄弟按图索骥,对号入座,重点检查,让自己的船远离这些问题,保证船舶运营安全争取零缺陷通过
