岗位要求 Requirements
Required qualifications
College sophomore status.
Preferred qualifications
Outstanding academic performance, including coursework relevant to the position, such as quantitative courses in finance, mathematics, business, economics, biologic sciences, or engineering.
Strong preference for affiliation in organizations committed to racial diversity and inclusiveness for underrepresented groups.
A proven history of leadership, such as in a campus club or society.
A genuine interest in a professional services career.
