工作内容 Duties
Assisting with underwriting, marketing, and execution of transactions Preparation of marketing pitches, review and formulation of financial analysis, client presentations, and deal underwriting memos
Assist colleagues in all aspects of deal execution processes for leveraged loan, high yield bond and private credit transactions including investor outreach, roadshow scheduling, investor feedback tracking, data room maintenance, and primary deal allocations
岗位要求 Requirements
1-2 years of Leveraged Finance or Investment Banking experience
Extraordinarily high level of motivation, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and decision-making abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
Strong interest in and understanding of Capital Markets and Investment Banking
Analytical, quantitative, adaptive, hungry, a self-starter, a leader, a team player, a multitasker, and a results-oriented individual
High proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Interest in developing a career in Global Capital Markets
Bachelor’s degree is required
Series licensing or must obtain upon joining (SIE, S79, S7, S63)
