清道光年间《厦门志》说:“清明以后,南风为常;霜降以后,北风为正。南风壮而顺,北风烈而严”,可见霜降节气后,在厦门冷空气便逐渐称雄,暖气团退居次席,秋凉如水的日子要来了。


闽南民间有一句谚语,“一年补通通,不如补霜降”“Even nourishing all year is not as good as nourishing the human body on the day of Frost's Descent.” ),说的是一年到头都进补,还不如霜降补一补。由此可以看出闽南民间对霜降这一节气的重视。不少市民会选择番鸭、柿子、羊肉等滋补食材。













霜降的英语怎么说?

据说,霜降是过滋养生活的最佳时间,“保暖”则是头等大事。

柿子、苹果、梨子、板栗都是这个时节的好水果。


柿子是许多地区最受欢迎的水果。中国人相信柿子不仅可以御寒,还可以强健肌肉和骨骼。
