马来西亚对进口镀锡板征收初步反倾销税
Malaysia imposes preliminary anti-dumping duties on tinplate imports

Malaysia has imposed preliminary anti-dumping duty on imports of tinplate from several countries, Kallanish notes.
涵盖的产品为原产于或出口自中国、印度、日本和韩国的铁或非合金钢板材，宽度在600毫米或以上，包锡、镀锡或涂锡（电解镀锡板或镀锡板），税率在2.52%至36.8%之间。
The products covered are flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel, of a width of 600mm or more, clad, plated or coated with tin (electrolytic tinplate or tinplate) originating or exported from China, India, Japan and South Korea, at rates ranging from 2.52% to 36.8%.
投资、贸易和工业部（MITI）称，政府已完成反倾销税调查的初步裁定，并发现有足够证据继续对从这些国家进口的相关商品进行进一步调查。
Its Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) says the government has completed the preliminary determination of the anti-dumping duty investigation and has found that there are sufficient evidence to continue with further investigation on the importation of the subject merchandise from these countries.
MITI表示：“因此，政府决定采取临时措施，即征收临时反倾销税，由相当于初裁中确定的倾销幅度的担保。”
"Therefore, the government has decided to impose a provisional measure, which shall be in the form of provisional antidumping duties guaranteed by a security equivalent to the amount of the dumping margins determined in the preliminary determination," it says.
MITI指出，临时反倾销税是防止对国内产业造成进一步损害所必需的，将适用于从这些国家进口的相关商品，有效期不超过120天，从1月11日开始。
It notes that the provisional anti-dumping duties are necessary to prevent further injury to the domestic industry will be applied on imports of subject merchandise from these countries and shall be effective not more than 120 days, beginning from 11 January.
应马来西亚镀锡板协会（Perusahaan Sadur Timah Malaysia，Perstima）代表国内生产该产品的行业提出的申请，马来西亚于2024年8月启动对进口镀锡板的反倾销税调查。
Malaysia initiated its antidumping duty investigation into imports of tinplate in August 2024. The investigation was initiated based on a petition filed by Perusahaan Sadur Timah Malaysia (Perstima) on behalf of the domestic industry producing the product.
Perstima称，原产于或出口自这些国家的进口产品以低于国内市场销售价的价格进口到马来西亚，这对马来西亚的产业造成实质性损害。
Perstima claimed that imports originating or exported from these countries are being imported into Malaysia at a price lower than the selling price in the domestic market and this has caused material injury to the industry in Malaysia.
