叶飞律师从事法律工作18年，曾服务于多家外资企业，负责合同谈判、工程招投标等工作。自2018年律师执业以来，业务方向集中于企业合同经济纠纷、企业法律顾问服务、涉外国际贸易、涉港法律事务等。在民商事诉讼领域，叶飞律师具有丰富的诉讼技巧和娴熟的诉前策划技能，承办了多宗民商事案件诉讼的代理工作以及多家企业的法律顾问服务工作。在企业法律顾问服务领域，擅长为客户提供公司治理、公司运营合规风控体系建设、公司控制权体系建设等服务。在涉外诉讼业务中，以全英文环境参与多件标的额逾千万的涉外诉讼案件的代理工作，取得良好的经济效果，极大维护了客户权益，获得客户高度认可。
Lawyer Ye has dedicated 18 years to the legal profession, serving numerous foreign-funded enterprises and is responsible for contract negotiation, project bidding and other work. Since being a lawyer in 2018, she has concentrated her practice on corporate contractual economic disputes, legal advisory services for enterprises, international trade matters involving foreign entities, and legal affairs pertaining to Hong Kong, etc. In civil and commercial litigation, Lawyer Ye possesses extensive litigation expertise along with adept pre-litigation planning skills,undertook the agency work of many civil and commercial cases litigation and legal consultant services of many enterprises.
